Exchange and Return Policy

- We guarantee all our customers the right to exchange or return, including all products displayed in our store.

- All products are subject to the terms and conditions of the exchange and return policy described below.

- Return or exchange is accepted only if the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

- Return must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery, and exchange within 7 days.

- Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a refund or exchange.

- The customer is required to send a clear picture of the product specifying the city, address, and order number, especially in the event of a defect or mismatch in the product.

- A full refund is made if the product received is completely different from its description on the site.

- نضمن لجميع زبنائنا حق الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، ويشمل ذلك جميع المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا.  

- جميع المنتجات تخضع لشروط وأحكام سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الموضحة أدناه.  

- يُقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط إذا كان المنتج في حالته الأصلية، وغير مستعمل، وفي تغليفه الأصلي.  

- يجب طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ التوصيل، والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام.  

- يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو عبر أرقام الهاتف الخاصة بنا لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.  

- يُطلب من الزبون إرسال صورة واضحة للمنتج مع تحديد المدينة، العنوان، ورقم الطلب، خصوصًا في حالة وجود عيب أو عدم تطابق في المنتج.  

- يتم رد المبلغ كاملاً إذا كان المنتج المستلم مختلفًا تمامًا عن وصفه في الموقع.
